1. How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account in two ways:

Method 1: Self-Deletion

1. Log in to the web portal at [yourdomain.com].
2. Click the Profile Tab (bottom left), displaying your email or full name.
3. In the popup, click Manage Accounts.
4. In the dialog, select Security.
5. Click Delete and follow the prompts to confirm.

Method 2: Contact Support

Email us at [insert email] with your request. Include your registered email address for verification. We’ll process it within 7 business days.

2. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

• Data Deletion: Your personal data (email, chat histories) will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Shared Content: AI characters you’ve interacted with remain, as they are shared and used by others.
• Irreversible: Deletion cannot be undone. You’ll lose access to your account and chats.
